Mining

Asteroids are chunk of debris found in space, that can be mined to extract precious Resources.

Mining Asteroids

In order to mine raw Resources from an asteroid, a Ship fitted with a Mining Laser and some free Cargo Space available is needed.

To start the Mining process, a Ship must approaching the Asteroid at close distance and activate the Mining Laser.

Mined Resource quantity depends on the Mining Laser statistics. Refer to Components section for detailed rules.

Resulting quantity is increased according to Agent's Mining and Advanced Mining Skills value: each point in Skills increase this resulting quantity by 1%.

When the Ship Cargo is full, the Mining process will stops automatically.

Mining Planets

Holdings can build a Planetary Station orbiting around a Planet, and mine the Planet installing one or more Mining Laser Module.
